This Privacy Policy explains how  (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Meeting Conductor and Memorizer iOS applications (the “App”).

1) Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from users of this App.

The App only accesses your device’s:

  • Camera — if you grant permission, to scan a printed program for import.
  • Photo Library — if you grant permission, to import a photo of a program.

These features run locally on your device. No data is transmitted to us or to third parties.

2) Data Storage and Processing

  • All programs, scripts, and archives are stored only on your device.
  • If you use Apple’s iCloud, your data may also be stored in your iCloud account, per your iOS settings. This is managed solely by Apple.
  • We do not operate our own servers for user data.

3) Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your information.

The only data that may be shared is aggregated crash reports or diagnostics automatically provided by Apple, which are not linked to you personally.

4) Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because no personal data is collected, the App is safe for all users when used as intended.

5) Security

Because all data remains on your device (or in iCloud if enabled), the security of your data depends on the safeguards of your Apple device and iCloud account. We recommend using a passcode and Apple’s built-in security features.

6) Your Rights & Choices

  • Camera/Photo permissions can be changed anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy.
  • iCloud usage can be enabled or disabled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
  • To delete all data, simply remove archives/programs in-app or delete the App.

7) Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”
